Licensed Residential/Commercial Property Manager

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
- Perform move in and move out inspections
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, pay invoices, and analyze costs and operating statements
- Manage on-site staff, and vendor/contractor relationships
- Address tenant complaints, violations, and enforce building rules and policy
- Prepare and update budgets
- Review and send out monthly financial statements
- Maintain tenant files in Yardi
- Achieve occupancy and retention targets
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years experience in a residential or commerical property management role
- Preference given to those candidates who have or are actively working on obtaining their RECA property management license.
- Good understanding of Yardi or a comparable accounting & property management software system
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations and follow direction from senior leadership
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with residents, colleagues and trades
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
- Availability to work some weekends and evenings and respond to after hours emergencies
- Preference given to those with an accredited IREM designation
